Process:

Be clear as to what your club is about (Purpose in the charter)

Find an adviser

Write a charter

Have your advisor review and approve

Share with Mrs. Mitchum (emitchum@puhsd.k12.ca.us)
Once approved by the district:

Create a budget
-
Schedule monthly meetings

Maintain an active membership roster
